Molded ABS/fiberglass base

The base is made from a single piece to ensure that it is strong enough to support the weight of the spa, water, and people. It prevents vermin from entering the motor compartment of your spa and is virtually indestructible to ensure years of trouble-free use.

We build your foundation, cabinet, and shell from permanent materials, so it makes sense that our frames are also constructed from rot-proof products. Our wood-free frames give you an extra guarantee that your valuable investment will last for many years.

Toughflex Plumbing

The plumbing in a spa is essential for clean water and hydrotherapy. To ensure years of hassle-free use, we have used sturdy yet flexible pipes that remain kink-free. As we say, it’s what’s underneath that really counts.

Thermotough Cabinet

We manufacture our cabinets from a composite of plastic and wood to ensure UV protection even in the harshest environments. No one likes unnecessary maintenance, which is why we have created our own range of paint-free, stain-free cabinets for years of enjoyment.

Four-layer shell

Replacing a spa shell is a very costly process, so we go to great lengths to ensure that our shells are built to last at least 10 years. Our shell construction consists of 4 unique layers bonded together for a watertight, smooth yet rigid finish.

Aristech Acrylic

Acrylic must be able to withstand extremes and last for the entire life of your spa. That’s why we use American-made acrylic, which is the best available in the world.

Perimeter insulation

We insulate the perimeter to capture the energy created by pumps, heating, controllers, and lights. This captured energy is then reused to keep the pipes warm and reduce the heat loss from the water that would normally occur.

Double-layer insulation

We not only insulate the perimeter, but we also insulate the shell to increase the thermal mass closest to the water. Preventing heat loss from the shell in the first place is the most effective and economical way to keep your spa water warm.
